                                                                       Day 13

My Texas family is right here. I have many wonderful people in my life, but today is for Rosalyn. She is like a mother to me, my walking buddy, chef extraordinaire, a home away from home grandmother to the kids, my sewing bee partner, she has a sense of humor that leaves me in tears, our doggie sitter, but more than anything she is my friend. I love her dearly and am so grateful she is in my life

                                                                           Day 12

                                                              The Chair Stands Alone
                                                                   The Wind Blows,
                                                                    The Leaves Fall,
                                                                Time Moves Forward,
                                                           Colors Change, Animals Run
                                                                  The Chair Is Still

                                                                          Day 11

                                                           "Nature" is what we see—
                                                            The Hill—the Afternoon—
                                                     Squirrel—Eclipse— the Bumble bee—
                                                             Nay—Nature is Heaven—
                                                             Nature is what we hear—
                                                             The Bobolink—the Sea—
                                                             Thunder—the Cricket—
                                                          Nay—Nature is Harmony—
                                                           Nature is what we know—
Yet have no art to say—
                                                          So impotent Our Wisdom is
                                                                To her Simplicity.
                                                               Emily Dickinson

                                                                   Day 10

One can know a man from his laugh, and if you like a man's laugh before you know anything of him, you may confidently say that he is a good man

                                                                       Day 9

                                                 Raindrops are such funny things,
They haven't feet or haven't wings.
Yet they sail through the air,
                                                       With the greatest of ease,
                                                        And dance on the street,
                                                         Wherever they please.

                                                                              Day 7

I have decided to start my 365 project again this year. This is day seven, don't even ask me about 1-6, I have no comment. I hope to make it about my life with my hubby, six kids and even the dog. I may even include the fish, but no guarantees. He's always doing that swimming thing so I may not bother with him.
There it is, my 365 project in a nutshell.
