No, it's not that tongue sticking out at me, it's SNOW. Four days of unbelievably cold weather and not a flake of snow. I have hot cocoa waiting in the cupboard, 2 sleds unused for five years, and new mittens for the kids. For goodness sake, give me some snow.
Yes, you've heard my psalms of love for the beach, but I want some snow for a few days. Not a flake or two, but the mack daddy: 5 inches would be lovely. I want to make a snowman, build a fort, pelt the kids with snowballs, watch the dog frolic, make a big out of shape snow angel.
Sorry for my ranting, back to reality. Does anyone have some sunscreen I could borrow? I also need some laundry detergent, if you don't mind. Thanks and I wish an evening filled with snowy thoughts.
